Welcome!
I forget things sometimes.
DUH…Welcome! This blog is for people who work on becoming stronger physically,
mentally, and emotionally. I will help you as much as I can. Please remember
the ultimate responsibility belongs to you. Balance is a key to development.
When I was diagnosed, at the age of
two, with type 1 diabetes my doctor told my parents “you can make him a
diabetic or you can make him an active little kid”. I will always be grateful
for their foresight. They made me an active little kid and I am now an active
adult. With epidemic levels of inactivity and disease in our society we must
all look to become more physically active. Our health depends on it.
Fitness: noun |fit-ness|
