CHILDREN SHOULD LIFT WEIGHTS!

I have always advised people to allow their children to lift weights. The most important part of this advice is, and I cannot stress this enough, WITH APPROPRIATE AND QUALIFIED SUPERVISION.


  • address inactivity
  • teach them enduring activity
  • counter disease
  • make them stronger and healthier


kids should lift with qualified supervision
Kids should only lift with qualified instructors and or coaches!
