My goals
for the end of 2015 and why you should write yours down too
We all have goals. Write them down and look at them daily. This
gives us focus and a reminder at the same time.
·
Open Doc’s Gym – commercial gym
·
Publish an app for mobile devices
·
Qualify 5 athletes for the national championships
·
Help 10 people lose 10lbs of body fat
·
Get back to 200lbs. body weight
·
Get back to 600lbs. squat
·
Get back to 400lbs. bench press
·
Eat six balanced meals each day
·
Be positive
·
By-pass negative
·
Focus on my goals and do not listen to anyone saying I can't do something (unless it's a cop, haha...)
I work on each of these, at least mentally, each day. If I fall
off track I get back on track. I have diabetes so I have been practicing discipline
since the age of two. Even if you don’t have the blessing of a medical
condition you need to build a practice daily. It is developed just like neuro-muscular
connections (coordination, timing, power, muscle mass, balance…).
Write your goals down and put them where you will look at them
daily, or several times daily. Remind yourself what you want. Build discipline.
Tell yourself you will do it. Do it!
Get stronger
doing YOUR workout!
