do not get hurt

Why?
do not get hurt
Do not get injured.
Someone asked me what makes my work stand out from others in my field. I hate self-promotion but here goes. I have been training world class athletes and everyday people since May, 1987. I have never been associated with someone who endured an injury after meeting me/working with me.

There are droves of people who continue to believe that injury is inevitable at a high level of sport. B$! “It was a great workout. I was sore for days.”

Injury is a red badge of courage for the fakes and pretenders. Do not misunderstand me, training is hard. People at all levels of sport are injured. If we can control it, and we can, avoid it because injury is a waste of time. Discomfort is different than pain. Strain and pain are different. A muscle that is weak postures like an injury. It is attempting to get you to take a break. You should do something differently. If we get hurt we move forward. We fix the problem and get stronger. I have said this before, if your “trainer” has sustained an injury you are paying for a friend. Real trainers do not get hurt and certainly do not invite this ugly guest to the party. We will talk about appearances later. What is my point? Do not get sore on purpose! If you want pretty skin do you cut your skin?

We must train continually to reach excellence. Injury is a waste of time. This is what sets me apart from the rest.

Get stronger!                                                                            docsgym@live.com
