Mirrors
Ok, lift your arm as if you are at the mid-point of a
lateral raise. Your arm should be parallel to the ground. Now, close both eyes
so you cannot see. Touch the tip of your nose with the finger on the extended
arm. Did anyone have difficulty touching the tip of your nose? My point is simple. Your body is aware of all
parts. It knows where your nose is, your left index finger, and any other part.
We do not need mirrors in the gym.
Bodybuilders use mirrors to look at themselves during
workouts. Gym owners like the rooms to appear larger than they are in reality.
Stop looking in the mirror during a lift. If one looks in the mirror during a
lift one is out of position ten time out of ten.
