Persistence
The greatest training component must be persistence. If one
is to gain anything worth having it involves doggedness, tenacity, and
perseverance. It takes many years of single-mindedness to reach a worthy goal.
This applies to anything in life. We must work hard and smart endlessly to have
great relationships, businesses, strength, muscularity, or education. Stay at
it! You can do it!!
