The director of EFTI, Matt Berenc, is a marketing person play-acting
as a trainer. The general public does not have time to analyze all of the
information on the web. Current personal training is founded on this fact. They
put a bunch of images on the web, of things they want people to do, and if the
bodies are sexy enough it is ratified. DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!!!!! Is a
plank difficult? PLEASE!

Unfortunately, EFTI is now under Matt’s direction. What they
are doing is marketing not training. Education for training happens in the gym.
Only hire a trainer if they were or are competitive in a sport. Fitness is not
a sport. EFTI is not a training organization. Aptitude is the heart and soul of
training. Injury is contrary to aptitude in training.
