Training makes us
better.
Training is different than exercise. Training improves the organism.
Exercising is just revving your engine and never putting the car in gear. There
are no defined goals with exercise. Training is a systematic approach gaining a
definite ability, not an appearance, an ability. Personal training is the
furthest thing from actual training that happens in fitness centers these days.
Sociologically, one must be a part of a sub-culture to be an
ambassador for that sub-culture. Training is a sub-culture. One cannot be a
part of a sub-culture unless one in the sub-culture invites them. I have
watched thousand claiming to be trainers over the last thirty years. More than
95% of those claiming trainer as their moniker never actually train anyone
including themselves. Most importantly themselves. They are part of a staff. On
the internet they say peer reviewed as a form a validation. My point is if your
peers are equally uneducated your review is invalid and unreliable. If no one
on your staff has been training, or training others, for more than a decade you
do not have anyone in the sub-culture to validate a position.
Training is something people at the top of this sub-culture
do. One who has only been making money doing it is not a trainer. Peer reviewed
is not scientific language. It is internet language.
Get stronger!
